About

The idea for Brownstone Bakery came to me after I packed my bags, got on a plane, and spent the next three months traveling across Europe learning all I could about food. I learned bread and pastry in Paris, and Italian homecooking in the hills of Tuscany.  Like many of us out here, I wanted to follow my passion. This is a little bit of an experiment to see what it feels like to dream out loud.
