Brownstone Bakehouse is a microbakery born in a small brownstone kitchen in Brooklyn during the pandemic. After spending time learning French technique in Paris, I came back to follow my passion and start a small batch bakery. The rest is history. Now, the Bakehouse is here in Nashville doing pop-ups and small batch orders.

Passionate about quality

I go out of my way to source the best ingredients possible for all my bakes using: organic flour, premium imported European butter, organic milk and eggs. The number of times I’ve been stopped by TSA returning home with a backpack full of chocolate is greater than one. (They were of course okay with it!)
